Websites for clinics
Websites for clinics. Calm, clear and careful.
Patients want to know who'll treat them, whether they're registered, what it costs and how to book. Your site should answer all four plainly, without promising anything it shouldn't.
Free, no card details, and a reply from a person within one working day.
- You see a real design of your homepage before you pay anything
- Live in 7 days from when your payment or deposit lands
- Your Google Business Profile set up or tidied, free

What your customers are looking for
Who will I see?
People book a person, not a building. Each clinician's photo, qualifications and registration number, linked to the register, does more than any slogan.
What will it cost?
Consultation and treatment fees written out, and what's included, before anyone has to pick up the phone.
Can I trust this?
Health advertising has strict rules. A careful site that sticks to the facts reads as more trustworthy than one making big promises.
What we put on the site
Every site starts from a checklist for clinics, then changes to fit your business. This is the starting list, before we know the details.
- 'Book a consultation' on every page, going to your form or booking tool
- Every clinician with their photo, qualification, regulator and register link
- Each treatment or service explained plainly: what it involves, the risks and the cost
- A fees page people can find from the menu
- Your CQC rating on every page, if you're CQC registered
- A complaints and regulation page, so patients know where to go if something's wrong
What every page is for
Booking a consultation or assessment. Calling comes second.
What we won't write on your site
Unless you can back it up, it doesn't go on.
- The names or prices of prescription-only treatments, like Botox
- 'Painless', 'no downtime', 'guaranteed' or 'permanent results'
- Countdown offers or 'only 3 slots left' on treatments
- Conditions your profession isn't allowed to advertise treating
The five pages of a Starter site
This is what a £499 Starter site for clinics is made of. Legal pages like privacy come on top and don't count towards the five.
- 1Home
Who treats, how they're registered, what it costs and how to book.
- 2Treatments or conditions
Each service in plain words: what's involved, the risks and the cost.
- 3Our team
Every clinician with qualification, regulator and register link.
- 4Fees
Clear prices, and finance only where it's properly set up.
- 5Book a consultation
Your form or booking tool, a map and your hours.
Which package usually fits
Four fixed prices, paid once. We'll tell you honestly which one suits you, and it's often not the biggest.
One page
Works for a single practitioner with a few services, like a counsellor or a sole physio.
Starter
Treatments, team, fees and booking each get a page.
Complete
Gives each main treatment its own page, and adds reviews, what to expect, FAQs and a full complaints page.
Bespoke
Can suit aesthetics or a premium private clinic. Not counselling, where people want calm and privacy, or anywhere patients arrive in pain.
No VAT to add. Starter is up to five pages and Complete is about ten. Bespoke is priced after a 15-minute call. Every price, in full
Who this covers
The same checklist works for all of these. If your business is close but not listed, it almost certainly fits here too.
- Dentists
- Physio, osteo and chiro
- Aesthetics
- Opticians
- Counsellors and therapists

Your homepage design is free
We design your homepage first and send you a private link. If you like it, we build the rest. If you don't, you pay nothing and that's the end of it.
Once you've approved it, you pay in full or pay a deposit, and the site goes live within 7 days of that landing.
What you get
- Nothing to pay until you've seen your design
- Two rounds of changes to the design
- Hosting free for 12 months, then £15 a month
- A new domain in your name, £13 a year
- Your Google Business Profile set up or tidied, free
We build new websites on a new domain. We don't move existing websites, domains or email.
Questions clinics ask
Will you show prices for aesthetic treatments?
For treatments that don't use prescription medicines, yes. Prescription-only treatments aren't named or priced on the site. The advertising rules are strict about this, and we stick to them.
What do you need from our clinicians?
Each person's name, qualification, regulator and registration number, and a decent photo. We link every number to the official register.
Who writes the treatment pages?
We write them from what you tell us, in plain words, and you check every one before it goes live. Nothing about treatment goes up without your sign-off.
Can we show reviews?
Yes, real ones, with the patient's permission, and your Google rating exactly as it shows on Google. Never edited, never invented.
Where your customers are
We're in Basildon and build for businesses across Essex and east London. These ten towns each have their own page.
Other sectors
Each one has its own checklist and its own concept design.
