What "7 days" means
Seven days from the day your payment or deposit lands and you've sent your content. The only thing that delays a build is waiting on photos, so the sooner they arrive, the sooner you're live.

We use modern tools to handle the repetitive parts of a build, so you're paying for design and judgement rather than hours. Every site is designed, checked and signed off by a person.

Questions people ask before they commit
Do I actually own the website?
Yes. The site is yours and so is the domain, registered in your name. If you ever want to move to another designer or host it yourself, we'll hand over everything and charge you nothing for it.
What happens after the 12 months of hosting?
It becomes £15 a month, which covers hosting, security, backups and up to 30 minutes of text or photo changes a month. New pages and new features are quoted before we start, so there are no surprises. You can also take the site elsewhere instead. No exit fee, no argument.
Can I edit the site myself?
Most people would rather email us a photo and have it done in an hour, so that's included. If you want to make your own changes, say so at the start and we'll build it so you can.
What if I don't like the design?
Then you walk away and it costs you nothing. The design comes before any payment for exactly this reason. If it's close but not right, tell us what's wrong and we'll change it; that's part of the price, not an extra.
Do you work outside Essex?
Yes. We're based in Basildon and can meet you anywhere in Essex or east London, but the whole process works perfectly well by email and phone, and plenty of it does.
What counts as a page?
Anything with its own web address: a home page, a service page, an about page, a contact page. Starter covers up to five, Complete up to ten. If you need more, that's a conversation before you pay, not after.
