Your first visit

Forty-five minutes for a new patient, so nothing feels rushed.

We talk first

About your teeth, any worries and anything that’s been bothering you. In the chair upright, not lying back.

A gentle check

Teeth, gums and mouth, with X-rays if you need them. We say what we’re doing as we go.

A written plan

What we found, your options and the cost of each, NHS or private. You decide, in your own time.

What patients say

Real reviews, word for word, with the patient’s first name, the date and where it was posted.

Questions people ask

Anything else, just call. Reception will happily answer it.

What happens at my first visit?

We talk first, then a gentle check of your teeth and gums, and X-rays if needed. You go home with a written plan and the cost of each option. Nothing is done that day unless you want it to be.

Can I join as an NHS patient?

We see NHS patients, and open adult NHS places when we have space. Children can join on the NHS now. Call us and we’ll tell you the current wait, or add you to the list.

Do you see children?

Yes, from their first tooth. NHS dental care is free for anyone under 18. A parent or guardian must come along for under-16s.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone in pain. For private appointments missed without notice we may charge £30.

How do fees work?

NHS treatment is charged in bands set by the government. Private treatment is priced per item. Either way you get a written plan with costs before treatment starts, and you pay on the day.
