What happens at my first visit?
A 45-minute consultation with the practitioner who would treat you. We ask about your health, look closely, talk through options and risks, and give you a written plan. You don’t book treatment on the day.
Do you treat under-18s?
No. All our treatments are for adults aged 18 and over. We check photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence, at your first appointment.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
It’s £50, and it’s taken off the cost of treatment if you go ahead within three months. If you decide not to, that’s fine; the fee covers the practitioner’s time.
What if I need to cancel?
Free with 48 hours’ notice. With less notice, we may keep the £50 consultation fee.
