Build your visit

Tick as many as you like. Your note goes onto the booking form, so you don’t have to say it out loud.

Your note to the dentist

Nothing ticked yet. You can also just call and talk it through.

How a gentle first visit goes

Forty-five minutes, at your pace. If you want to stop and come back another day, that’s fine.

A call from us

Reception calls you at a time that suits to go through your note. You can ask anything.

A chat, chair upright

You meet your dentist, talk about what worries you and agree a stop signal.

Only what you agree to

A look, if you’re ready. Nothing else happens that day unless you say yes.

Questions nervous patients ask

If yours isn’t here, call and ask. No question is silly.

I haven’t been for years. Will I be told off?

No. We see it every week. We’re interested in where your teeth are now, not how long it’s been.

Do injections hurt?

Most people feel a small scratch. We use numbing gel first and inject slowly. Tell us if you feel anything and we’ll pause.

Do you offer sedation?

We don’t offer sedation here. If you need it, we’ll explain your options and how a referral works.

Can someone come in with me?

Yes. A friend or family member can sit in the surgery with you.

Take the first step at your own pace.
