Stopcock off, electrics near the water off, cold taps open. Then call.
Water through a ceiling
Don’t switch lights on in that room. Put a bucket under it and pierce a bulge to let water out slowly.
No heat or hot water
Check pressure, prepayment credit and the thermostat. Reset once only.
Smell gas? Leave the property first.Don’t use switches or flames. Call the National Gas Emergency Service, free, day and night.
