Delivery and returns
Prices include VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay on our online shop.

Cancelling an online order
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Tell us by email or phone. We refund within 14 days of getting the item back, including standard delivery, to your original payment method. You pay return postage unless the item was faulty.
Things we can’t take back
Fresh and chilled food can’t be returned for a change of mind. If something’s wrong with it, tell us straight away, the same day if you can.
Faulty or not as described
You can reject it within 30 days for a full refund. After that, we’ll repair, replace or refund. Sale items and gifts are covered too.
