How it can help
Frown lines, crow’s feet and forehead lines. We talk through what bothers you, what’s realistic and every option, including doing nothing.
What’s involved
A face-to-face consultation with the prescriber. If a prescription treatment is suitable, you go home with a written plan and price, and book only once you’ve had time to think.
Risks and side effects
Every option has risks, and we go through them with you in writing. They can include bruising, headache and, less often, a temporary droop of the brow or eyelid.
Aftercare and recovery
If you go ahead, we give you written aftercare and a review appointment at two weeks.
Written by [practitioner’s name], [qualification], [NMC or GMC] [number]. Sample slot.
Lips and lost volume

How it can help
Lips, cheeks and lines from nose to mouth, using dissolvable dermal filler. Subtle, and planned with you at a consultation first.
What’s involved
A consultation, then treatment on a later day. We numb the area, make small injections and show you a mirror throughout.
Risks and side effects
Swelling, tenderness and bruising for a few days are common. Rarer risks include lumps, infection and blocked blood vessels, which is why treatment is only done by a trained prescriber who can act quickly.
Aftercare and recovery
Avoid exercise, alcohol and heat for 24 hours. A review at two weeks is included.

How it can help
Enlarged pores, rough texture and mild acne scarring, with microneedling in a course of sessions.
What’s involved
A skin consultation first. Then fine needles make tiny channels in the skin under numbing cream, usually over three sessions four weeks apart.
Risks and side effects
Redness and tightness for one to three days. Pinpoint bleeding, dryness and, rarely, infection or changes in skin colour.
Aftercare and recovery
Gentle cleanser and daily SPF 30 or higher. No make-up for 24 hours.
