Never had a sports massage?

It’s firmer than a spa massage and more focused. You’ll feel it the next day, a bit like after a good walk. Drink some water and keep moving.

When I’ll say no

If you have a fever, a recent injury that hasn’t been looked at, or a condition your GP has told you to avoid massage with. I’ll suggest seeing your GP or a physio first.
