What does C1, C2 and C3 mean?
C1 is dangerous now. C2 is potentially dangerous. Both must be fixed. C3 is a recommendation and doesn’t fail the report.
How long does the power go off?
In short bursts while each circuit is tested. Fridges and freezers are fine.
Do I need to be there?
No. We can collect keys or arrange access with your tenant.
