Fees are agreed in a letter of engagement before any work starts. They’re reviewed once a year, and we tell you in writing a month before any change.
How we work
You send
Access to your bookkeeping app or bank feed, and last year’s accounts or tax return.
We check
Your named accountant goes through everything and asks questions in one email, not ten.
You approve
We send the return or accounts with a one-page summary. Nothing is filed until you say yes.
We file
And tell you what you owe, when, and how to pay it.
Questions about fees
What does “fixed” actually mean?
The monthly fee covers everything in the letter of engagement, including phone calls and emails. If you ask for something outside it, we quote in writing first.
Why monthly, not one bill a year?
It spreads the cost, and we do the work through the year instead of in a January rush.
Can I leave?
Yes, with one month’s notice. We hand your records to your new accountant.
Do you charge for switching?
No. Writing to your old accountant is part of the first month.
What if my books are a mess?
We’ll look and give you a written quote for the catch-up work before you commit.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page is plus VAT at 20%, shown separately on each invoice.
