Your first visit
New to us, or nervous about colour? Here’s exactly what happens.
- Free consultation
Twenty minutes to talk it through. If your hair won’t take what you’ve asked for, we say so before a brush is picked up.
- Skin test
A tiny dab of colour behind the ear, at least 48 hours before any colour. We book it for you.
- The appointment
Tea or coffee, the stylist you chose, and a finish you can recreate at home.
- Aftercare
What to wash with and when to come back, written down. No product hard sell.
Free parking behind the shop. Bring a photo of what you like, and one of what you don’t.
