Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book yourself in.
What should I wear?
Something you can move in. Shorts if it’s your knee, a vest top if it’s your shoulder.
Can I use my health insurance?
Check with your insurer before you book. We give you a receipt to claim with.
How many sessions will I need?
We can’t tell you until we’ve seen you. After the assessment we’ll give you our honest view, and it’s your choice.
Do you see children?
We see patients aged 16 and over.
What if I need to cancel?
Free with 24 hours’ notice. Inside 24 hours we charge half the fee.
